In 2018, she was also enshrined in the Marshall Athletics Hall of Fame.
Billingy, a Trinidadian who attended Marshall University and graduated in 2007, guided the Thundering Herd volleyball team to unprecedented success. By the time she graduated, she was second all-time in services aces (192), hitting percentage (.338), and kills (2,481) for Marshall. She was also the all-time leader in kills per set (5.15). She received both All-American and All-Midwest Region accolades from the American Volleyball Coaches Association four times. Additionally, in 2004 and 2005, she was named AVCA All-Midwest Region Freshman of the Year and National Player of the Week.
